Terms of use
Last updated August 2026
These terms govern access to and use of the SAAN platform. By using the platform you accept them.
1. Purpose of the platform
SAAN is an investment marketplace that presents private fundraising opportunities and facilitates introductions between investors and project owners.
SAAN does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice, does not execute transactions in securities, does not hold client funds and does not act as a broker, securities dealer, crowdfunding portal or investment adviser.
2. Information presented
Information relating to opportunities is provided by project owners. While opportunities are reviewed before publication, SAAN does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or ongoing validity of any information presented.
Presentation of an opportunity is not a recommendation, endorsement or solicitation.
3. Investor access
Certain information is restricted to investors whose profile has been reviewed. Access may be refused or withdrawn at any time, in particular where eligibility, jurisdiction or documentation requirements are not met.
Expressing interest in an opportunity is non-binding and creates no obligation for any party.
4. Project owners
Project owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit and for compliance with all laws applicable to their fundraising.
No project is published automatically; submission does not guarantee publication or introduction.
5. Transactions outside the platform
Any investment discussion, structuring, documentation and closing takes place directly between the relevant parties and their own professional advisers, outside the platform.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SAAN accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of information presented on the platform, or for any loss arising from an investment.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
